About the PositionThis is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to enquiries, providing information and assistance to staff, consumers/carers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Enquiry Management: Respond to general reception enquiries on the ward, answering incoming telephone calls, and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across the service, covering temporary staff absences and attending to administrative tasks required by the organisation.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive team environment, fostering a culture of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, engagement, and excellence.
