The Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to take up the role of Assistant Director within the Coordinated Client Support Branch.

The Coordinated Client Support Branch is responsible for managing a range of programs and services to assist vulnerable clients to navigate DVA services and connect to supports to meet their wellbeing needs.

The Client Support Program is a voluntary time-limited case management program, which uses a clinical lens and trauma-informed approach to support clients to meet their wellbeing needs.

The program aims to streamline communication between clients, their families, and DVA, and provides clients with a single or primary point of contact for all services within DVA and facilitates access to external support services.

Case management is delivered through a service model that supports clients to increase their capacity to independently navigate their DVA business.

The Assistant Director will be responsible for leading a team of case managers and will be required to have strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work with clients and stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the DVA business and will be able to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team.
