About the Role:
The Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to take up the role of Assistant Director within the Coordinated Client Support Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of case managers to provide coordinated client support services to vulnerable clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and streamline communication between clients, their families, and the Department
- Collaborate with other branches and stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of services
- Provide guidance and support to case managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the Client Support Program
About the Team:
The Coordinated Client Support Branch is responsible for managing a range of programs and services to assist vulnerable clients to navigate Department of Veterans' Affairs services and connect to supports to meet their wellbeing needs.
