About the Role

We are seeking an experienced automotive professional to lead our regional dealership in North Queensland. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of our site, including Sales, Service & Parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage budgets, including P&L markers and marketing initiatives
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
  • Present and promote the dealership to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
