About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Growth Manager to join our Canberra office.
This is a career-defining opportunity that will take your leadership profile to the next level.
You will be part of a high-performing, agile senior leadership team and contribute to year-on-year revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business relationships to extend and develop our client portfolio in ACT
- Develop effective sales pipeline and drive from opportunity identification to close, and provide post-sales support as required
- Maintain solid relationships at all levels within allocated clients and deliver an effective account management service to identify, maximise and deliver to all sales opportunities
- Assist in the development of strategic sales and marketing plans
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of exceptional customer service and delivery across IT Professional Services and Solutions within large federal government departments
- Show previous experience engaging with, and a strong network within, the Federal Government Department/s
- Demonstrate a good understanding of government procurement and how to engage with the federal government as an IT services provider
- Display commercial acumen to ensure financial growth is achieved through a defined strategic sales/business plan
- Demonstrate a proven track record in hitting targets, generating new business leads; self-motivated and with a strong desire to exceed personal and team goals
- Show creativity, drive and tenacity, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills along with a competitive edge
