We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Leader to join our team.
">About the Role:
">This pivotal role involves managing client job assignments and teams of Talent Specialists across Australia, driving revenue and growth for our company.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing a team of junior remote SDRs to achieve revenue targets, creating calling lists for the junior SDR team, and utilizing sales tools and CRM systems to track and report on team and personal performance metrics.
">Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience managing a team of remote SDRs or similar sales positions, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
