As a Medical Affairs Enablement Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the Medical Affairs team in implementing country medical priorities and operational efficiencies. This includes project/event management, Expanded Access Programs, vendor maintenance, processing financial transactions and budget tracking, onboarding new starters and general administrative support.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work closely with the Medical Affairs team to ensure compliance with internal Pfizer standard operating procedures, corporate compliance rules and company work instructions.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management and/or logistics and events planning management execution, as well as strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills. A tertiary qualification is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid parental leave, access to health and wellness apps, career growth experiences, recognition and rewards program, paid volunteer days, life insurance benefits, and access to flu vaccines and skin checks.
