AWS ANZ Enablement Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS ANZ Enablement Expert to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for engaging with AWS Partners, identifying knowledge gaps, and providing thought leadership for proposed training plans and curriculum.
About the RoleAs an AWS ANZ Enablement Expert, you will create learning plans for key strategic partners, increase the number of AWS certified and accredited partner individuals, and deliver against training goals. You will also plan, execute, and host partner training in region, collaborating with AWS Partner Organization and capturing requirements in the region that can be developed into scalable training programs.
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive awareness of new or updated Partner training information for AWS Partner facing teams and AWS Partner community through established platforms. You will evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to training plans delivered to improve performance and ensure partner and AWS objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities- Engage with AWS Partners and identify knowledge gaps
- Create learning plans for key strategic partners
- Increase the number of AWS certified and accredited partner individuals
- Degree lead planning, execution, and hosting of partner training in region
- Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to training plans delivered
To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience, as well as experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 5+ years working with or for IT Channel Partners. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, with excellent benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
