Job Description

Take the lead in shaping how modern businesses connect and scale.

We are seeking a Technical Leader with strong experience across AWS, Azure, and MuleSoft to guide and grow our integration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of consultants and developers
  • Drive technical excellence across cloud-based integration projects
  • Manage workloads, project resourcing, and team development
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure delivery meets standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cloud-based integration, particularly with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3)
  • Strong background in integration, middleware, APIs, and system connectivity
  • Several years experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with enterprise-level clients and navigating complex solution landscapes
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for technical leadership
  • Experience in a professional services environment is highly regarded
