What You'll Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital offerings.
What You\'ll Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within a digital or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement customer-first initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
