
Customer Integration App Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage all components, including AWS and reporting for customers, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and ensure seamless functionality.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies, managing user access controls and monitoring security threats.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users, conducting regular system audits for data accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in a digital or customer-focused environment at a management level.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.
- Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance testing, and software development.
- Track record of meeting budgets and timelines in a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to create and execute a customer-first strategy.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
**Required Skills & Capabilities**:
- Strong technical expertise in Customer Integration related platforms (particularly WebMethods) including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
