
Customer Integration App Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Integrations Applications Manager to join our digital transformation journey. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering customer-first solutions and driving innovation in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage high-performing technical teams focused on digital and customer integration solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies that prioritize customer experience and digital innovation.
- Oversee software development, data analysis, and quality assurance testing to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital offerings.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within a digital or customer-focused environment.
- Strong background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement customer-first initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
