Drive Business Growth with Strategic Leadership

The Chief Operating Office Division is a centre of excellence for delivering premium and transformed customer-first service experiences.

As part of the Post Settlements and Discharges team, you'll be supporting a fast-paced business unit focused on delivering exceptional service experiences that build strong relationships with customers. You'll play a key role in enabling high-performing teams, operational excellence, and optimizing financial management.

You will orchestrate planning and prioritization to ensure strategic objectives are translated into action. You'll lead performance tracking, identify interventions, and provide expert guidance on tools and techniques to drive elevated business outcomes.

  • Lead a high-performing and passionate team with a continuous improvement mindset that fosters innovation.
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of business data in systems/tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create business OKRs and initiatives that align with overarching strategy.
  • Monitor key business metrics to report on business performance and identify actions for execution or escalation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate business progress against OKRs.
  • Lead performance forums and contribute to complex discussions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote agile ways of working across squads.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to lead forums, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
