As a seasoned business analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering card payment solutions that meet customer needs and maintain compliance.
- Work with external stakeholders to anticipate and analyze Scheme and regulatory changes impacting card payment functionality.
- Collaborate with business users to elicit and define user requirements using appropriate methods, and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct analysis and specification of requirements that are uniquely traceable, verifiable, and prioritized in a manner acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders.
- Apply data and process modeling tools to represent information effectively and translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work.
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business.
- Develop conceptual designs and contribute to the development of business cases.
- Prepare reports including cost/benefit analyses and recommendations, to provide information on optimal technical and manual solutions for business cases.
- Provide complex support to ensure availability of systems for business activities.
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with human-centered design techniques.
- Ability to communicate product visions to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories, and goals for individual sprints.
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem-solving and analysis.
- Leadership skills, including leading workshops in a cross-functional business and IT team through the discovery, development, and operational usage stages of change.
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making.
