  • You are a trusted member of the delivery team and shift between strategic and operational lenses to deliver continuous value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis, including document reviews and market scans.
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, taking notes and synthesising information.
  • Support user research activities, including process and experience mapping.
  • Apply business analysis techniques to gather and synthesise requirements.
  • Develop effective strategies, formal reports, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Become a trusted advisor by engaging honestly and confidently with clients.
