Job Description:

We seek a skilled Business Analyst to drive our consulting initiatives in Canberra. The ideal candidate will possess analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit business requirements through workshops, interviews, and focus groups to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and refine business principles and rules that align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and facilitate structured workshops to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and validate solutions.
  • Apply business process modelling (BPMN 2.0) to model, analyse, and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Articulate the benefits of proposed solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting across various government and business contexts.
  • Technical skills: data analytical tools, analytical thinking, data capture, Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, SQL or data visualization tools.
  • Qualifications: Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CBAP).
