Job Role: Strategic Change Catalyst

The Strategic Change Catalyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organisational priorities, enhance business agility, and drive stakeholder engagement.

The role supports the delivery and adoption of projects by analysing business needs, defining requirements, and enabling effective change management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and requirements that support project goals.
  • Develop strategic business models, gap analyses, and future-state assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of change initiatives that enable project delivery and adoption.
  • Work with stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop communications, and support training and engagement.
  • Assist with business case and project documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through workshops and consultations to gather input and build consensus.
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness, recommending improvements where required.
  • Maintain strong relationships and contribute to the continuous improvement of organisational change capability.
  • Capabilities and Experience:

  • Takes responsibility for meeting deliverables and works independently to solve complex problems and manage priorities.
