At W Brisbane, we're seeking a talented Welcome Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and personalized welcome experiences for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Offer expert knowledge of our hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest stays.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel events, promotions, and services to provide guests with tailored recommendations and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in the Opera property management system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week.
  • Flexibility to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts.
