Our Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) are highly interactive, supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM, and Night shifts.
To learn more about us: Aged Care Provider - Redefining a New Generation of Residential CareThis role based at Infinite Care Ipswich | Aged Care involves working closely with the nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams to perform resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner, surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers.

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and have the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.
In addition, you will also:Have qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st-year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care.
We recognize other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies.Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain it, as it is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.Exhibit excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or hurting themselves—be their extra eyes and ears
Maintain a positive teamwork attitude, be a trusted co-worker, demonstrate excellent time management (including handovers), and follow strict safety procedures to uphold a high standard of workplace safety.Have a passion for making a difference and a willingness to help our company deliver quality care services every day
