At Mareeba Gardens Settlement, we are looking for caring and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a casual basis and support our residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.Why Mareeba?

Just over an hour from Cairns, it is the perfect place to enjoy the Far North Queensland lifestyle.About the RoleAs a PCA at Mareeba Gardens Settlement, you will provide day-to-day personal care and assistance that allows residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will work closely with our experienced care team, contributing to a supportive, respectful, and positive environment.What You Will DoDeliver compassionate personal care and daily living supportAssist with meals, hydration, and general care routinesAccurately record observations and share updates with the nursing teamContribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming home environmentBuild meaningful connections with residents and their familiesWhat You Will BringCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Excellent communication skills and a caring naturePrevious aged care experience is highly regardedWhy Join Us?
