We are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations to support monthly close processes.
  • Contributing to the development and review of annual operating plans and performance projections.
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury, and conducting internal audits.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
  • Supporting the controller as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work collaboratively, listen effectively, and provide direction when needed.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week after training and probationary period.
