Imaging Tech Analyst

Property Insight is seeking a Technician for our imaging team to support the daily collection, processing, and analysis of imaging and data assets.

1. Manage, analyze, and recommend methods to convert external image sources for ingestion into a standardized repository and format.
2. Act as a technical liaison between internal teams and external partners and customers.
3. Analyze problems, determine root causes, and communicate findings.
4. Navigate competing priorities to ensure all deadlines are met.
5. Understand workflows from start to finish for image ingestion and recommend technology and process improvements.
6. Take ownership of processes and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years of technical experience or a similar role utilizing related skillsets.
2. Level 1 IT/network troubleshooting of workstations and FTP connectivity.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Desire to learn and improve existing processes.
5. Ability to thrive in a team environment.
6. Problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills with complex datasets.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. Basic SQL skills.
11. Ability to adapt and shift priorities as needed.

Industry knowledge of titles and titles industry.

Experience or coursework in project management is a plus.
