Business Operations Support Role

This is a pivotal position where you can make a significant impact by supporting the strategic and operational needs of our organization. In this role, you will be accountable for effectively assisting in various tasks including managing budgets, coordinating business planning processes, and improving business processes.

As a Business Operations Support Officer, you will partner with other teams to provide seamless and integrated operational support. You will assist in ensuring effective delivery of budgeting, resourcing, reporting and compliance, and business process improvement.

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with a background in law, commerce, business management, finance or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal operations budgeting, financial reporting, resource planning, business planning, risk or compliance. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to organize, analyze and disseminate financial information accurately.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective networks and relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial, as is the ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job
  • Assist in the management of budgets, variance analysis and forecasting
  • Coordinate contributions to business planning processes, including performance reporting across the organization
  • Assist with risk management by developing and maintaining a risk register and coordinating monthly risk meetings
  • Monitor and update processes and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements
