Medical Devices Product Manager

This role is ideal for an experienced product professional to drive growth in a portfolio of medical devices. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, lead the development and execution of product forecasts, and continuously monitor and report on product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to build brand awareness and increase market share across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead the development and execution of product forecasts and stock management.
  • Continuously monitor and report on product performance, including financial targets and key objective achievements.
  • Develop and execute education and training programs for sales and end users.
  • Launch and manage multiple products simultaneously, while identifying and evaluating growth opportunities to strengthen overall market position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in complex product management, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
