We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our production department, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of quality and efficiency.
This is a key leadership role that involves developing and mentoring the team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have experience in production management within the medical device industry and possess strong people leadership and strategic skills.
In addition, they should be able to implement global product specifications and procedures, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, and develop and implement new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor the team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Lab Manager for technical practices.
- Implement global product specifications and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement new processes and technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in production management within the medical device industry is preferred.
- Strong people leadership and strategic skills.
- Experience working in an environment with 3D printing and AI technologies would be highly advantageous.
- Continuous improvement mindset and excellent communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and working with highly regulated products.
