We are seeking an experienced Therapy Development Manager to drive growth and launch new products in the Sydney territory.
- Manage a territory in New South Wales and drive business growth across key customers.
- Identify and open up new hospital accounts, providing superior product knowledge and clinical case coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as marketing and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Science, Business, or Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of local medical sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
- Experience working within cardiovascular and cath lab environments.
- A nursing or clinical background is highly desirable.
- A business development mindset and the ability to think outside the box when approaching sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of launching new products and driving successful growth.
- Ability to travel for training and professional development.
