Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our Cardiac Surgery business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for product management and marketing, driving accountability with the sales team, internal and external customer engagement, and digital marketing for Australia and New Zealand region.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in product launch strategies, market penetration, and customer relationship building to drive growth and success in the medical device industry.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to expand market share for our Cardiac Surgery portfolio.

  • Lead new product launches from identification to stock readiness, including market forecasting, sales training, and pricing.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to promote product adoption and advocacy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective sales tools, training, and marketing collateral.

  • Provide strategic input for sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

  • Drive operational excellence initiatives, enhancing product lifecycle management, streamlining processes, and improving collaboration.
