
Account Manager

This role is ideal for someone who excels in building client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering outstanding service.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
You will act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring their needs are met, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Your focus will be on improving client satisfaction, increasing revenue, and reducing churn by providing strategic and operational support.
Key Responsibilities Build strong, multi-level relationships with clients across various industries.
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives.
Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver tailored business insights.
Collaborate internally to resolve service issues and improve customer experience.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand service offerings across business units.
Monitor account performance and manage forecasting through CRM tools.
Support the reduction of disputes, credit notes, and customer churn.
Stay informed on industry trends, client initiatives, and compliance updates.
Advocate for your customers internally and lead strategic solutioning efforts.
About You You will be a commercially minded professional with a background in sales or account management.
You'll have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support customers and deliver results.
You'll Ideally Bring Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
Experience working with large or complex accounts, ideally in logistics or transport.
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver's licence.
