About Fleet, Warranty Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fleet, Warranty and Technical Support specialist. This critical role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment fleet.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Liaising with manufacturers to manage equipment costs and review invoices for potential warranty claims;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers;
  • Collaborating with third-party providers to ensure service compliance and accurate record-keeping;
  • Approving and reviewing high-cost repair quotes to ensure they are appropriate and justified;
  • Conducting regular reviews of high-cost repairs to identify cost-saving opportunities;

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, customer excellence, and operational efficiency. You will also require:

  • Experience in a similar role of service/warranty and workshops;
  • Proven capability in planning;
  • Detailed understanding of key business drivers;
  • Knowledge of relevant industries;
