Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

Being a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

Fleet, Warranty and Technical Support - Wacol

The Role The Fleet, Warranty and Technical Support person is responsible for quoting, execution and implementation of maintenance service contracts across the Toll owned fleet, strategically working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and service quality. Actively reviewing both service contracts and high value retail repairs undertaken externally to Toll's maintenance facilities.

This is a role where leadership, customer excellence and operational efficiency all come together, and you will need to drive high standards whilst maintaining effective relationships developed with internal customer Business Units, Operational Management and External Suppliers.

Primary Responsibilities and Decisions
- Liaise with manufacturers to manage equipment costs, review invoices for potential warranty.- Maintain effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.- Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure service compliance and accurate record-keeping.- Approve and review high-cost repair quotes, ensuring they are appropriate and justified.- Conduct regular reviews of high-cost repairs to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget compliance.- Working to meet Service Level Agreements with external providers- Assist in accidents or incidents from a technical stand point.- Drive compliance outcomes and meet KPIs within a range of customer portfolio groups.

To succeed in this role,

Knowledge/Experience- Experience in a similar role of service/warranty and workshops - Warranty management, Service advisors, maintenance management.- Proven capability in planning.- Detailed understanding of key business drivers.- Knowledge of relevant industries.- Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them.-
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate for successful outcomes.- Demonstrated collaborative nature - seeks to improve overall Toll business results.
