Warranty Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warranty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of warranty services to our customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with management and customers alike. Strong organizational skills are also essential, as you will be required to coordinate and manage warranty claims, parts, and service jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with management regarding outstanding warranty claims;
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone in regards to warranty inquiries;
- Organize parts and logistics for service jobs.
Work Environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in system administration;
- Australian work authorization preferred;
