As a career mentor, you will proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment. You will motivate, coach, and identify transferable skills required for successful employment. Your role will be to tailor your services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure business outcomes. You will have solid customer service and administrative skills, and the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration, along with sound computer literacy skills, would be an advantage.
