This role presents a chance to become part of a dynamic team in Sydney. As a mentor, you will collaborate with diverse individuals and employer networks to achieve employment outcomes through coaching and support programs.

The successful candidate will be result-driven, passionate about enhancing customer experience, and motivated to succeed with a proven track record in meeting KPIs, building relationships, and displaying resilience.

Key responsibilities include conducting initial customer assessments, creating detailed action plans, facilitating group learning activities, and partnering with job seekers to plan and secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Experience in sales, administration, retail, call centre or customer service will be highly advantageous for this role. A genuine interest in shaping lives and creating employment opportunities for jobseekers is essential.

Travel within the region is required as part of this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, local knowledge of the labour market, and the ability to deliver effective employment solutions to local businesses.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver skill-based training sessions to build capacity for employment
  • Capacity to support job seekers to achieve their goals through employment outcomes
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to maintain thorough case notes
  • Local knowledge of the labour market and experience in placing clients into local employment opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills in promoting job seekers to local employers and seeking future employment opportunities
  • Satisfactory background checks including NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
