About the Role:

We support job seekers by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their careers. As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in this process by working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage job seekers and provide them with guidance and support to help them secure employment.
- Identify transferable skills and work with clients to develop these skills.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration would be an advantage.
