We have an exciting opportunity for a Career Development Mentor in Miranda, NSW, to find job seekers secure employment as part of our Workforce Services program.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Proactively engaging job seekers and placing them into sustainable employment
  • Motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment
  • Tailoring services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market

Requirements for the role include:

  • Solid customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to build successful relationships
  • Thriving in a diverse team environment
  • Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration, with sound computer literacy skills an advantage

A current Working with Children Check is a mandatory requirement for this position, and successful applicants must have a myGovID account.
