About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and ensure customer success within their designated territory.
This individual will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while acting as our on-the-ground representative.
A proactive and hands-on approach is required, focusing on expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.
Daily efforts will be prioritized to optimize growth performance and drive value for customers.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will share field insights to ensure our technology meets farmers' needs.
Their contributions will directly support our mission to make 50% of habitable land more productive and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Success Expertise: Value-based sales experience with a strong history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Beef Industry Experience: Understanding the unique challenges of the industry. If not experienced, a deep passion for learning about beef operations is essential.
- Attitude: A naturally collaborative and enthusiastic individual who thrives under pressure and owns their results.
- Territory Management: Able to use critical thinking to manage a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success.
- Problem Solving & Collaboration: Resourceful and quick-thinking, working well with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive solutions.
- Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel within your territory to engage with customers and prospects.
Your Day Could Look Like This:
- Prospecting & Expansion: Sourcing new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
- Hitting Sales Targets: Manage your pipeline and meet high-growth sales targets by screening, qualifying, demonstrating the product, and successfully negotiating contracts with customers.
