Business Development Opportunity

This role is focused on the development of business through key customer relationships, driving sales outcomes and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key customers to drive revenue growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for products in assigned territory
  • Provide business development support to clinic owners to maximise returns on investment
  • Manage key accounts across multiple regions through effective territory penetration and account identification
  • Prioritise regional travel to achieve business objectives
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH AESTHETIC BUSINESSES TO DRIVE THEIR GROWTH THROUGH PRODUCT USE
  • Collaborate with other Business Development Managers, company trainers, Medical Sales Liaisons, and internal stakeholders
  • Arrange and conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and presentations to customers
  • Attend industry conferences and stay up-to-date with market trends
About You
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Science, Healthcare, or Business is essential
  • Prior experience selling medical devices, aesthetic devices, or pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers is highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience in the aesthetic medicine market is a significant advantage
  • You will possess a strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and ability to build business relationships to drive results
  • Highly energetic, driven, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for aesthetics
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to its success
