Job Summary
Prospero Health & Social Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs and activities that enhance the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the wider support team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Coordinate group activities and outings that promote socialization, emotional well-being, and spiritual fulfillment.
- Set lifestyle goals for residents and develop programs to help them achieve these goals.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that resident needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Hold a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
- Have a passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselves.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
