Lifestyle Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment for our residents. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters meaningful relationships and a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and meet individual needs
  • Develop and implement lifestyle goals and programs to enhance resident well-being
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
  • Passion for building relationships and creating engaging experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
