About The Opportunity

A seasoned professional sought to lead the planning and execution of promotional programs across multiple retail banners. This includes managing a team responsible for constructing, coordinating, and communicating promotional activities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build compelling retail offers, ensuring timely execution and strong commercial outcomes.

In This Role
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for delivering promotional programs across multiple retail brands.
  • Partner with Category Managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submission of promotional data and materials.
  • Manage the planning and execution of Alternate Brand promotions, ensuring value delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with State Operations and key internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication of promotional activities to the retail network.
  • Deliver promotional timelines in alignment with business schedules, ensuring execution is on time and in full.
  • Work cross-functionally with the wider merchandise, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to improving promotional processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
