Health Promotion Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of health promotion programs and initiatives that improve population health. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and manage a portfolio of health promotion projects that align with organizational priorities.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of health promotion strategic directions and operations, lead health promotion practice, and deliver evidence-informed, innovative health promotion programs and initiatives integrated with other services within the organization.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Promotion, Public Health, Marketing/Communications, Management, Epidemiology or other relevant discipline, and/or significant experience in one or more of these disciplines.
  • Leadership skills in developing health promotion programs aligned to strategic priorities.
  • High-level experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation of population health promotion programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills including various writing and editing styles (reports, research & evaluation, briefs, media).
