As a senior leader in product management, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for end-to-end management of all products and distribution channels.

You will ensure that our retail and commercial product suite remains competitive, customer-centric and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will lead the product lifecycle from design to delivery and performance, driving innovation across digital and physical channels to enhance customer experience, profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of our product strategy across lending, deposits, transactional accounts and new initiatives;
  • Leading the design, development and pricing of products aligned with customer needs and market opportunities;
  • Driving innovation through new features and strategic partnerships;
  • Owning product performance metrics and analytics to support enhancement, ROI and contribution to business growth;
  • Managing compliance under the Design and Distribution Obligations framework;
  • Building deep relationships with key broker groups and aggregator partners to increase distribution scale and market penetration.
