Job Summary

As a strategic leader, you will drive operational excellence, security compliance, and product innovation across our cloud platform. You will lead high-performing teams to deliver secure and professional services to a broad range of users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps to accelerate product development and deliver high value products to customers.
  • Implement security standards to ensure operational and development activities meet compliance and risk reduction goals.
  • Sustain infrastructure and services at high availability.
  • Enhance change management, testing, and QA to optimize performance and reliability across the product portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving transformational projects, including product management and process optimization.
  • Expertise in ITIL and Agile methodologies to manage IT operations and drive efficient product delivery.
  • Experience identifying, attracting, and retaining top technical talent.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to develop innovative ICT solutions, particularly within a government or security-sensitive environment.
