Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategist to drive the development and delivery of innovative products across our retail and commercial lending, deposits, and transactional accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, pricing, and positioning products aligned with customer needs and market opportunities. They will also lead innovation through new product features, digital capabilities, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in product management, deep knowledge of Australian retail and commercial banking products, and experience in managing compliance under the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
  • Manage product performance metrics and analytics to inform product enhancements and optimization.
  • Owning BNK's obligations and compliance under the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) framework.
