Technical Business Systems Specialist

The key objective of this role is to contribute to the delivery of our organization's purpose, vision, and strategic priorities. This entails ensuring a fair, efficient, and robust financial system that benefits all Australians.
This position involves eliciting, analysing, and managing business requirements, conducting enterprise analysis, assessing solutions, and addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT teams to analyse business needs.
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements accurately.
- Design user interfaces based on User-Centred Design (UCD) principles.
- Develop process maps for current and desired processes.
Candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional certifications are highly desirable.
Requirements:- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management.
- Experience with industry process modelling and requirements management tools.
- Proven project experience in complex enterprise environments with technology-based projects.
