Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT teams to analyse business needs.
  • Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements accurately.
  • Design user interfaces based on User-Centred Design (UCD) principles.
  • Develop process maps for current and desired processes.

Candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional certifications are highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management.
  • Experience with industry process modelling and requirements management tools.
  • Proven project experience in complex enterprise environments with technology-based projects.
