We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality support services for our technology systems and infrastructure.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a technical expert, providing customer-focused support and troubleshooting services. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, working collaboratively with IT teams, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support services for our ICT systems, infrastructure, and applications
- Work closely with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
- Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, problems, and changes to ensure seamless service delivery
- A strong technical background gained through satisfactory completion of a relevant course of study at a tertiary institution
- Relevant industry certifications, particularly in Microsoft technologies
- Experience in customer support, IP networking configuration, and security, as well as experience working in an environment that utilizes IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Experience with VMware virtualization
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and COTS applications
