Job Title: Technical Service Specialist

This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers. Your focus will be on servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Service and maintenance of equipment (as per trade expertise)">
  • Configuration, diagnosis, repair and programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems)">
  • Software load and configuration of Honeywell systems and other systems as required">
  • Minor project management of service projects and small works">
  • Navigating and interrogating BMS / Security / ICT interfaces">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Educated to the level of an electrical or electronic technician or equivalent qualification">
  • 3+ years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment">
  • Strong experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)">
  • Brief knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching">
