The Position:
You will be the primary point of contact for customers via all communication channels, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
You will understand external factors impacting customer supply chains, align with customer expectations upfront, and respond with suggested solutions.
You will be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across our product offering.
Cross-selling and upselling logistics and services products to customers is also part of your role.
Responsibilities include vendor management, shipment order consolidation planning, proactive tracking of shipments, and notifying customers of deviations from the transport plan.
Additionally, you will go the extra mile towards customers and focus on providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer experience by identifying issues proactively, building strong relationships with customers, and finding solutions that benefit both parties.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers via all communication channels and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Energetic, well-organized, and self-initiated.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good process understanding and digital proficiency.
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping quality in focus.
- Strong cost-conscious and optimization mindset.
