We are seeking a highly skilled Technical and Customer Experience Expert to join our team.

Job Summary

The Technical and Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to internal and external customers. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to proprietary and web-based applications, hardware, and network configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Evaluate problem nature, determine solutions, and provide assistance to resolve issues.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues while maintaining updates and communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to technical tickets in ticketing systems.
Customer Support:
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with onboarding and training customers on products and processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting MS Windows Operating Systems and web browsers.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and ticket tracking systems like JIRA.
Non-Technical Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
