Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Reward Analyst.

About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs, and practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage remuneration data, provide reporting, and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes.
  • Support the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication, and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent related field.
  • Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel: including pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting, and advanced formula usage.
  • Proven experience in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tool.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
